Folkestone - Park Farm
At our new Folkestone gym situated at park farm industrial estate, we have a whole range of equipment suitable for all fitness levels and training regimes.
This gym operates as a semi private gym, meaning the members are capped to ensure it doesn't get too busy. We have an app that ensures you can see who is in at anytime for full visibility and to avoid busy times. We have a full range of strongman equipment at this gym, including a multi stage Atlas Stone platform and stones from 60kg to 160kg. We have two racks and two deadlift platforms plus numerous resistance machines and free weights. This is an unmanned gym so you will get access to a key box on entry and will give you access to the gym 24/7.

Cheriton - Shaftesbury Avenue
This is our fully private gym. We have limited members here to ensure the gym is always available when members need it. By fully private this gym is only booked out for one member at any one time. So one in, one out. This is also booked on the gym app where members can go in and book their sessions up to a week in advance. This ensures total exclusivity and ideal for anyone who wants the privacy or avoiding the big busy commercial gyms around.
